Main Responsibilities
- Support environmental and sustainability projects across the school.
- Help integrate nature-based learning into the curriculum.
- Assist with activities in the school garden and outdoor classroom.
- Promote and support the school's Zero Waste programme.
- Assist teachers in identifying and responding to students' learning needs.
- Help welcome and integrate visiting students, teachers, and partner schools.
- Contribute to documenting and sharing good teaching practices.
- Organise and support outdoor learning activities such as:
- Nature storytelling
- Interpretive nature trails
- Exploring and identifying local plants and wildlife
- Environmental awareness and waste reduction activities
- Share your own culture, language, and educational experiences with pupils and staff.
Candidate Profile
- Student teacher or trainee teacher in Primary or Early Childhood Education.
- Interest in environmental education and sustainable development.
- Enthusiastic about working with children aged 3–12.
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in an international environment.
