Your challenge - Making a world class product!

The production site in Spittal an der Drau has been part of this success story since 2018 and has become the largest industrial employer in Upper Carinthia with approximately 460 employees. We work on the development and production of solid and semi-solid food supplements and drug formulations, such as Femibion, Bion3, Neurobion, Kytta or Vigantol.

Your role as Process Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Process Engineer, you will focus on optimizing production and / or packaging processes at our Plant in Spittal an der Drau. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing various projects. Your innovative ideas and contributions will significantly enhance the quality of our products.

Your main tasks will include

  • Analysis and development of production processes
  • Development and implementation of production machines / system
  • Execution of product and plant tests
  • Improvement of existing production machines / automation processes
  • Planning, calculation and implementation of technical projects
  • Analysis and comparison of variants of technical development potential
  • Project Management
  • Growing personnel responsibility for the line teams

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanichal engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering)
  • Very good analytical skills and quick comprehension
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, teamwork and leadership skills
  • Initiative, flexibility and ability to coordinate
  • Good knowledge of English and German
